Andrew has spent over 20 years in leadership roles across a variety of sectors and brings extensive financial, commercial, M&A and business transformation experience. Andrew joined James Cropper from Bibby Marine, where he was Finance Director. Prior to this he
worked as Finance Director for TJ Hughes. Andrew is a chartered accountant and started his career at KPMG.
