Lyndsey has spent most of her career in multinational organisations and management consultancy across different sectors, most recently with International Personal Finance plc as Chief Human Resources Officer (a role from which she retired in May 2024). Lyndsey brings experience in strategy creation, planning and delivery of large-scale cultural and performance change. Lyndsey chairs the Board’s Remuneration Committee.
